About Us hellodaybound.com ("the Site") is owned and operated by That Nice Thing SASU, a simplified joint-stock company registered in France under RCS Paris B 109 790 121, with its registered head office located at 61 Rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to That Nice Thing SASU, trading as Daybound.

2. Use of the Site You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

Colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings or manufacturing variation. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable duties and taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Order Acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

7. Product Use and Security Features Daybound bags include features designed to deter and slow theft, such as a cut-resistant strap, locking zips and RFID-blocking lining. No bag can prevent all theft, loss or fraud, and we do not guarantee that any feature will protect against a particular incident. The RFID-blocking lining is an extra layer of protection for cards and documents and is not a guarantee against electronic skimming. Please stay aware of your surroundings when using any bag.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Daybound or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daybound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
